Coldplay

The new album Viva La Vida or Death And All His Friends represents the four known as Coldplay. Chris Martin says the album was fuelled by a desire to move from black ande white into colour; also saying they decided to let their garden grow a little more unkempt...letting the bloodhound off its leash. We're liking the first taste of this album - Violet Hill. Coldplay's album hits stores June 17th.

Katie White and Jules De Martino needed a name for the "unintentional band" they'd created in 2007. Katie was working in a boutique with a Chinese girl called "Ting Ting." "I thought it was lovely," Katie remembers.
